Empowerment coaching SOCIAL SKILLS group will help teens build relationships with peers, adults and their community.  The class will assist High Schooler with learning skills and strategies to increase confidence, responsibilty, integrity, gender idenity, peer pressure and self acceptance. 
 
This class will teach teens techniques to manage mild anxiety and symptoms of depression.

The session requires a 16 week commitment. Durantion Feb. 22 -June 14, 2022
 
The fee is $250 per month whcih includes 4 sessions per month.  The class requires an inital session for new clients and a $50 materials fee.
